Hot dip galvanizing is the reaction of molten metal with iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, which combines the matrix with the electroplating layer. Hot-dip galvanizing is the first pickling of steel parts. In order to remove iron oxide from the surface of steel parts, after pickling, it is cleaned in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or a mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride. Then feed into the hot dip plating bath. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.

Production of HRC Hot rolled galvanized steel coil：
Galvanized coil is a thin steel plate in which the thin steel plate is immersed in a bath of molten zinc so that a layer of zinc adheres to the surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, galvanized steel plate is made by continuously dipping rolled steel plate into an electroplating bath containing molten zinc. This steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after coming out of the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
