Hot dip galvanized steel coil (GI) is produced by passing all hard plates through a zinc pan after pickling process and rolling process, thus coating the surface with zinc film.
Due to the characteristics of zinc, it has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability and processability. Generally, the process and specifications of hot-dip galvanized steel plates and galvanized steel coils are basically the same.
