Cold-rolled ribbed steel bars in prestressed concrete members, is the replacement of cold-drawn low carbon steel wire products, in the cast-in-place concrete structure, it can be replaced by grade I steel, to save steel, is a better kind of similar cold-processed steel.

Technical requirements for trial ligature

1 .In order to improve the purity of molten steel and reduce the end point P content, the converter adopts high carbon drawing. Not only the oxygen content in the steel is reduced, but also the amount of carburizer is reduced, thus reducing the impurities and nitrogen brought into the steel with the carburizer.

2 .Continuous casting operation control is the same as 20MnSi, in order to ensure the cleanliness of the steel, full protection pouring is adopted, in order to avoid the appearance of defects such as shrinkage hole and crack of the casting billet, the superheat is controlled at 20~35℃, in order to ensure the stability of the casting billet, the continuous casting machine adopts constant drawing speed production.
