Production process:

Material cutting: According to the requirements of the design drawings, the use of professional steel pipe cutting machine will be cut into the appropriate length in accordance with the requirements.
Bevel treatment: The use of professional bevel making machine on both sides of the pipe end for bevel processing, in order to follow-up welding work. The depth and Angle of the groove should be adjusted according to the design requirements.
Lofting and assembly: According to the requirements of the design drawings, the pre-processed steel pipe is accurately lofted, and the parts are assembled and combined.
Welding: The use of welding machine equipment or manual welding of steel pipes. In the welding process, it is necessary to pay attention to the control of current, voltage and temperature to ensure the welding quality. If gas shielded welding is used, it is also equipped with the corresponding protective gas.
Coating treatment: After welding is completed, the tube body is polished, painted and other coating treatment to achieve the purpose of beauty and corrosion prevention.
Inspection: Finally, the appearance, size, pressure resistance, bending and other aspects of the tube body are comprehensively tested to ensure that it meets the design requirements and use requirements.
