1、 Welded square tube is a type of hollow square section steel square tube, also known as hollow cold-formed steel. It is a square section shaped steel made from hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip or coil steel as raw material, which is formed by cold bending processing and then high-frequency welded.
Except for the case of wall thickness increase, the corner size and edge straightness of thick walled square pipes reach or even exceed the level of resistance welding cold formed square pipes. The size of R angle is generally between 2-3 times the wall thickness. It is also possible to produce R angle square pipes of the required size according to customer needs;
2、 Seamless square tube is a type of long steel strip with a hollow cross-section and no seams around it. It is formed by squeezing seamless tubes through the four sides of a mold. Square tubes have a hollow cross-section and are widely used in liquid transportation, hydraulic supports, mechanical structures, medium and low pressure and high pressure boiler tubes, heat exchange tubes, gas, petroleum and other industries. They are stronger than welded ones and will not crack.
