Classification Code For Galvanized Coils

(1) The classification and code of performance levels shall be as specified in Table 1.

The thickness range of stamping 03 is ≥ 0.4mm, and the weight of the zinc layer does not exceed Z275

Steel plates with a thickness of<0.4mm for structures 220, 250, 280, 320, 350, 400, 450, and 550 are not suitable for grades 220, 250, 280, and 320
(2) The type and code of the substrate shall be as specified in Table 2.

(3) The classification and designation of the types and weight of double-sided equal thickness galvanized coatings shall be in accordance with Table 3. After agreement between the supply and demand parties, steel plates and strips with coating weights not listed in Table 3 can also be provided.
