(1) Tensile test:
① Performance indicators: Generally speaking, only structural, tensile, and deep drawing galvanized sheets have tensile performance requirements. The structural galvanized sheet requires yield point, tensile strength, and elongation, etc; Only elongation is required for stretching. The specific values can be found in the relevant product standards in "8" of this section;
② Test method: The same as the general test method for thin steel plates, see the relevant standards provided in "8" and the test method standards listed in "Ordinary carbon steel thin steel plates".
(2) Bending test:
Bending test is the main item to measure the process performance of thin plates, but the requirements for various galvanized sheets are not consistent in national standards. Except for structural grade, American standards do not require bending and tensile tests. In Japan, except for structural grade, architectural corrugated plates, and general corrugated plates, all others require bending tests.
Requirement: It is generally required that after the galvanized plate is bent 180 degrees, there should be no detachment of the zinc layer on the outer surface, and the plate base should not have cracks or fractures.
